The apartment is on a brand new development and consists of 2 bedrooms. lounge/diner with a sofa bed, sleeping 2 people balcony & terrace. The apartment is fully equiped and whilst smooking is not permitted inside the apartment is allowed outside on the balcony. The complex has an excellent swimming pool with life guard (june to september only) tennis courts and running/cycling track. miles of beeches are only a 10min walk as is the beautiful marina, shops and bars/restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisine. For the golfer there is a 27 hole golf course designed by Gary Player only a short walk from the complex. A very good bus service runs every 45min to the Coppo shoping centre or you can continue your journey into the historic town of El,Ejido. Roquestas de mar is only 30min by bus. Winter sports are available in the Siera nevada mountains visible from the apartment.
