The gigantic sun terrace is great for getting a tan but also has barb-i-que facilities for eating al-fresco while watching the sun setting over the mountains.  
 
It overlooks 1 large swimming pool and 1 smaller pool it has a gymnasium, tennis courts and a private beach area, ideal for a family holiday. It is only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the long promanade with extends into Almerimar ideal for a stroll in the evening or a jog for those who are more energetic. Almerimar and its huge marina has many different types of restaurants to choose from.  
 
The large holiday resort of Roquetas del mar is only about 20 mins away by car for more shops and a plentiful variety of nightlife. There is a large underground garage and the apartment has its own parking space. The large city of Almeria is only 40 minutes away by car and if you wish you can take one of the large ferries over to Northern Africa for a couple of days. 
 
This is a clean and comfortable 2 bedroomed apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, wash basin and shower and boasts a king size bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. 
 
There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, bidet and vanity unit with washbasin. 
 
The American style kitchen is well equipped with all things neccessary for four people. There is a large fridge, washing machine, toaster and kettle. 
 
The lounge has 2 comfortable leather couches a table with four chairs and it has a patio/terrace which overlooks the swimming pools and garden area. It has a Plasma TV and you can see some English channels.  
 
This holiday is ideal for either a family with 2 children or 4 adults that want a relaxing beach type holiday,as the beach is only moments away you have sea fishing nearby or a golfers paradise. There is horse riding, and of course watersports.

    There is a restaurant as you walk along the promanade toward Almerimar. However you will find the majority of restaurants in Almerimar itself. 
     
    There are gift shops and supermarkets in nearby Almerimar or if you want a shopping mall then the COPO commercial on the road in to Almerimar has everything you may need including a cinema this is approx 10 minutes drive in the car.  
     
    Bikes can be hired in Almerimar, here is a cycle track all the way along the promanade. 
     
    During the winter months skiing may be an option you would like this is in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and is less than 2 hours drive. 
     
    Horse Riding at the Hipica in Almerimar is based on the edge of the nature reserve.  
     
    There is a night club/disco by the harbour in Almerimar.

    On reserving your booking you will need to send a cheque for 20% deposit which is non refundable. Then the balance can be paid to our property manager on arrival at the appartment. Also a £20.00 deposit is required for the pool card you will get this back at the end of your stay.
