The villa is situated 10-15 min drive up into the mountains (not for the travel-nervous) outside the village of Arboleas in the quiet Hamlet of Los Huevanillas, with its fresh mountain air and surrounded by Olive, Pomegranite, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Almond trees.
The nearest supermarkets are in the village, along with hairdressers, butchers, bakers, banks, bars, restaurants and traditional Saturday market.
The nearest town is Albox (15min drive)- where you would do most of your 'main' shopping, Chinese restaurants, gift shops, banks, etc.,etc., Beaches - Mojacar, Vera, Villaricos, San Juan are 30-40 min drive. Several Golf courses are within 40 min drive and the popular 'Vera' Water park is 30 min drive away

Eating out is cheap and cheerful in the villages Arboleas/Albox and Zurgena.
You can be assured of a relaxing 'luxury' holiday here, away from it all- yet...not too far from the coast and shopping!! Perfect for families.

Spacious fitted/fully tiled kitchen - with portable stainless-steel topped work-bar/wine rack, 2 large fridge/freezers, large electric pan - (perfect for those Paellas )plenty of cookware, utensils and crockery -kitchen leads to spacious covered front terrace with wall- lights- overlooking lawned front garden and rockery, mountain views. Table and chairs to seat 4.
The build quality of the villa does not require air-conditioning, but for your comfort we have provided ceiling fans and electric heaters to all rooms (except kitchen).
The pool (15m x 5m large enough to strech your swim strokes at any time of the day or night!)- entered by either step- ladder or 'roman steps' to shallow end and has underwater lights - brilliant for those midnight swims, surrounded by decking and lawned areas.
Parking - enough for several cars -via double - private gates to the side of the property.
