LARGE TERRACE with sunbeds, table & chairs, not overlooked, faces south gets the sun all the year round. 
 
Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, bank, bars & restaurants. 
 
There is a water park within the resort and 3 golf courses close by. 
 
Roquetas is still a very Spanish town, it has a very good and large beach perfect for swimming and water sports. This fully furnished apartment is only 50m from the beach. The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants. 
 
You can hire a car, go to the Sierra nevada mountains and the Alhambra Palace in Granada.
