3 Bedroom Villa in Albox

Casa Jazmin is a large modern 3 bedroom villa, with ample terracing incorporating an outdoor bar complete with fridge, gas powered barbecue and full sized pool table. There is a 10m x 5m swimming pool which is walled and gated, and a six seater "Sundance" heated jacuzzi available for an additional fee. There is a covered terrace with comfortable wicker furniture, this flows onto the open terrace incorporating table and chairs, with gates onto the pool area, where there are sun loungers and another dining area next to the bar. In the gardens we have a mini crazy golf alongside the orange trees. The inside of the house is furnished to a very high standard with satellite TV and broadband internet access in the lounge, large dining table, cd player. The village of Partaloa is 5 minutes drive away and the town of Albox is 5 minutes drive, there are two bar/restaurants 10 mins walk away. 
 
Outside 
Casa Jazmin has around 200 sq.M. Of terracing with pool bar, 6 seater Sundance jacuzzi, a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with comfortable loungers. There is a full sized pool table on the terrace, also comfortable wicker furniture under the covered terrace, as well as two large sets of dining table and chairs. There is also a gas powered BBQ. The outside bar has a fridge and bar stools. There is a mini crazy golf area in the garden. The gates to the pool area can be closed, but still giving access to the rest of the terraces and garden, making our villa totally child friendly and giving you peace of mind. There is ample lighting to the exterior of the villa, as well as around the pool bar. 
 
Coast/Beach 
The coastal towns of Mojacar and Garrucha are 30 minutes drive with the water park at Vera 35 minutes. 
 
Golf 
Valle del Este and Championship course Desert Springs golf courses 35 minutes drive. Two other golf courses 40 minutes drive with no handicap needed. There are two sets of golf clubs available upon request. Or for something less strenuous, the 4 hole pitch and putt at Mojacar is ideal at only 6€ for as long as you want, children can also play on this. 
 
Skiing 
Sierra Nevada is 2 hours away. Season open November to April, but well worth a visit all year round. There are 16 nursery slopes, 36 blue runs, 42 red runs and 9 black runs and also a snowboard park. After your days skiing there are plenty of bars and restaurants to relax and soak up the sun. You can ski in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon and relax in the jacuzzi in the evening. 
 
Travel 
Car hire is essential. Almeria Airport around 1 hours drive. Murcia, Alicante and Granada around 1 hour 45 min. 
 
Distances 
The village of Partaloa is 5 min drive with a handful of bars and restaurants nestled in the winding streets. The market town of Albox is also 5 min drive. You will find plenty of supermarkets and shops, both English and Spanish. There are a host of bars and restaurants, serving everything from a full English breakfast to Indian, Chinese and of course Spanish cuisine. There are also 2 bar/cafes 10 min walk away in Piedra Amarilla village. 
 
Further details 
There is a large horse riding stables 10 minutes away which not only does riding, but lessons, pony trekking and hikes suitable for all riders, with trekking days combining lunch at a nearby restaurant and also evening BBQs. Quad bike trekking is also available in Partaloa. The area is perfect for walking with the wonderful mountain views, there is even an organized walking group which meet regularly in the village. There is a new bowling alley 10 minutes away. Thirty minutes drive there is a water park, and also go-carting.
