Vacation Rental Description

The perfect place for rest and relaxation, Casa de las Alondras restores the both body and soul with tranquil days amongst the olive and the almond orchards. Our big 10metre pool is set on the upper terrace with views across the Almanzora Valley to the mountains that can be seen from all around the house.

The villa is light and area with plenty of space to move around, great big sofas, Sky TV. DVD and HiFi and beds are strong and comfortable.

There are local restaurants in the nearby villages and L'Entisco in the village of Taberno has beautiful food and dancing on a Saturday for the locals. Tuesday mornings is market day in Albox, nothing better than to sit outside El Mirador with a coffee and watch the world go buy and envy the people scoffing doughnut curls from the doughnut maker!

Other things to see are Monastery at Saliente, the fish auction at Garruch, the beach and old town at Mojacar. You can play golf at Desert Springs in Cuevas de Almanzora, go horse-riding, use the local tennis club in Albox, visit the Aqua Park at Vera, or simply enjoy the local walking around the villa or up in the mountains.

BOOKING DEPOSIT An initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental is required within two weeks of making the reservation, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least six weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within six weeks of arrival then full payment is due at the time of the booking. A security bond of £200 is to be paid with the balance payment. This money will be held until you have returned from your holiday and we have confirmation that there has been no damage to the property.
