The ground floor is ideal for the holiday environment with one large open plan area. There is a newly installed fully fitted kitchen, 2 separate longe areas, and dining area. The lounge area includes widescreen, surround sound TV, DVD payer, Hifi and Sky TV package. There is an extensive library of books, DVDs and Sony PS2 games. For the winter time there is a wonderful open fire and as many logs as you need.
Additional 3 Bedrooms (Villa Rodriguez)sleeping 6 people. 2 rooms share one family bathroom including bath, shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet. Master bedroom with en-suite facilities.All rooms are decorated to a high standard, retaining the Andalucian feel. They include TV, DVD, Hifi, Sony PS2 and IPOD MP3 players. The ground floor is set out as one large open plan area including newly installed, fully fitted kitchen, two separate lounge areas, dining area, TV, DVD, HiFi and kitchen.Villa Juliana can be let on its own (sleeping up to 10) or together with Villa Rodrigues (sleeping up to 16).
Villa Rodriguez will not be let to a separate party if Juliana is booked, ensuring exclusivity of all the facilites to one party. The property offers full bar facilities along with light snacks.
Property includes private pool, roof top Hydrotherapy massage spa for 6 persons (gowns provided in the rooms), two roof terraces with adequate sun loungers for all, table and chairs and plenty of sun canopies. Pool area is surrounded by 50 foot fir trees, laid with a combination of tiling and lawn to give a tropical look, and of course there are plenty of sun loungers and sun canopies. There are extensive gardens offering relief from the heat of the sun under cover of trees. Barbeque area and two outdoor dining areas make self catering a joy. For those inclines to take exercise there is a purpose built bike workshop and secure storage facility (bike hire and professional guiding available on-site).
We are able to offer guided mountain biking and walking excursions in the Subettica National Park. All equipment hire is also available on-site. Possible to book whole weeks of activities or just the odd day here and there.
The coast (Costa del Sol) is 1 hour drive by car. Local lakes and many and varied. Possibly the most famous, Lake Iznajar (the lake of Andalucia), stretches for 32km and has its own man made 400m golden, sandy beach. This is approx 30 mins by car.
