Situated in the tranquil "three provinces" area of Iznájar where Granada, Malaga and Córdoba provinces meet.
Vacation Rental Description
If you are looking for peace and tranquillity with a multitude of locations for a great day out, then rural Andalucia, "The Real Spain", and in particular Iznájar, is perfect. Apart from the obvious attractions of Granada, Seville, Córdoba and Malaga, locally there are riding stables, water sports, hang gliding, rock climbing, walking, cycling and beautiful scenery for painting. Further afield, approximately a 1.30 hour drive, there are the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Iznájar 5kms. Granada 50 mins drive. Malaga 50 mins drive. Antequera 30 mins drive. Córdoba 1.15 mins drive. Seville 1.45 mins drive. Easy access to A92 motorway.
The local village of Fuente del Conde is only 2kms up the mountainside and has a good Bar/Restaurant and a small supermarket which stocks everything necessary for your holiday needs. Further afield, a 15 min drive, there are larger supermarkets, banks etc.
Malaga beaches 1 hour drive. Fun parks in Torremolinos and Benalmadena only 1.10 hour drive. Iznájar lakeside 5 mins drive. Lakeside beach bar.
Cortijo Las Olivas comprises 3 connected cottages making it suitable for parties of 14 or just 1 person. Discounts are available for larger parties.
La Casita is situated on the ground floor and is suitable for the less able.
All cottages have a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, caffetiere, all utensils and crockery. A portable oven is available on request. Slow cooker also available on request.
2 Cottages have a lounge/diner with an extra double sofa bed. TV, English Satellite and European Satellite, DVD player. Several board games available on request.
Towels and linen included. Property cleaned on weekly basis. Changeover of towels/linen on weekly basis. Beach towels available.
Mediterranean courtyard with BBQ available for al fresco dining in the cool of the evening. Pool table free of charge to all guests. Large (10m x 5m) pool with sunbathing terraces.
Discounts for children under 12 and for long stays. Please enquire.
10% deposit on booking and remainder 6 weeks prior to arrival. PayPal or bank transfer available. Under certain circumstances, cash on arrival is acceptable. Please enquire.

There are various companies in the area who offer the above adventure sports including quad biking and all assistance can be given for arranging schedules/bookings.
On site, apart from the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) we have a pool table, free for all guests.

Living the Dream in Rural Heaven!
Having run a successful pub/restaurant in Norfolk for over 20 years it was always the dream to move to warmer climes when the time came. We made the move in 2005 and loved rural Andalucia so much that we came out of retirement and now offer holiday makers the chance to share our dream.
We have 3 self catering cottages attached to our home and offer the chance of complete privacy or joining us for an evening vino or two. It is entirely up to you.
We have a large BBQ which is purely for the use of our guests and a pool table which again is solely for the use of guests. The cottages are equipped with TV/DVD and we have a large selection of DVD's available. How about watching that film that you always wanted to see but never had the time.
There is a large 10x5m swimming pool and extensive sunbathing terraces.
