Vacation Rental Description
A 2 bed luxury apartment with underground secure parking, built 2007, consisting of a full kitchen, lounge / dining room leading on to a large terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. The property has one double bedroom, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is one fully ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower/washbasin/WC and bidet and a separate shower room with washbasin and WC. The property is located on the outskirts of Benalmadena Pueblo a pretty white Andalusian village only 10 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol. There are several golf courses situated within a 20 minute drive. In Benalmadena area there is a Casino, Sealife, Selwo, Tivoli World Theme Park, and a Marina. In Fuengirola there is a Zoo, Aquapark, Racing Track and an old Castle. Frequent bus services connect the village to the other towns along the coast and the train station is only 10 minutes ride away in Arroyo de la Miel. The train runs from Malaga (City) through the Airport and Arroyo de la Miel to Fuengirola. There is a good mix of Bars, Cafes and Restaurants in the village and nearby supermarkets and small local shops but for a wider choice take the hire car, taxi or a bus to explore other nearby towns, Benalmadena Costa, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella and Gibraltar. Historic cities can be accessed easily by motorway in a hire car within 2 hours, Cordoba (La Mezquita), Granada (Alhambra Palace) and Seville (Giralda Tower). Malaga, birthplace of Pablo Picasso, is less than 30 minutes away by car or train.

    • Internal: Full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. Operating instructions for equipment and utilities provided. Cleaning is weekly although a mid-week clean can be arranged for a small extra charge. Bed linen, bath/hand/tea towels changed weekly and included in the rental price. Mid-week changes can be arranged for a small additional charge. External: Secure Underground Parking in allocated space near lift or on the private road to the rear of the apartment block near to the lifts. Shared Swimming Pool on site in a secure area with sea views. Next to the swimming pool there are Washrooms/WCs plus a paddle tennis court and children's playground.
