5 Bedroom Apartment in Soca Valley

The country house Maharac in Kamno has two large apartments (90 and 110 m2), with two and three bedrooms. Both apartments have a wireless internet connection.

It is a quiet location and the apartments are comfortable for a longer stay. The house has several terraces and a large (1000m2), child friendly garden, a roofed stone BBQ were 12 persons can stay to have a pleasurable evening. You can park more cars on the area. In Kamno there is a cafe which is open each Friday and Saturdayevening. There is also a sportfield near which can be used. Kamno lies between Kobarid (5 km) and Tolmin (7 km) near the border of Italy and is a perfect starting point for different activities. On only 300 meters from Maharac are several beaches at the Soca-river.

Both apartments in Maharac are renovated and are now suitable for (also) a longer, comfortable stay. There is central heating, washing machine, satellite-TV, DVD-player, coffee machine, microwave and a stereo. For smaller children there is a children bed and children bath.

Sheets, blankets, towels, washing powder are available. For larger groups or family reunions it is possible to rent both apartments. Apartment 1 has an extra large dining table where more the 10 persons can join.

Apartment 1: Down floor, 90 m2, 2-6 persons, entrance at the front of the house, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and with a comfortable bunk bed for adults, kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet and a large living room with a wood oven and a bed couch. In the front there is a terrace with garden furniture.

Apartment 2: First floor: 110 m2 (including terrace and balcony 130 m2) 2-6 persons, entrance at the side of the house, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Separate living room with passage to the kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large terrace at the backside and a large balcony at the front, both with garden furniture.

There is for both apartments a separate heating room and carport which can be used for placing of kayaks, to dry wetsuits, waders, ski's and ski boots, parking of mountain bikes and motorcycles. The apartments have inside a rack for fishing rods. In the garden are more places to sit privately.
