Our house is situated in the Soca Valley, in the village of Volce near Tolmin. The house is new and will provide you with complete privacy and comfort. The 60 m2 comprise a 4 bed bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a convertible sofa to sleep two additional guests. A parking space and a garage are also available at your disposal. The house has direct access to the garden and terrace equipped with a garden furniture set and boasting a wonderful view of the Tolmin basin.  
 
The house lies at a peaceful location in the forest's embrace and is an ideal starting point for visiting the historical as well as natural and cultural sites the Soca Valley has to offer. You can also participate in numerous sports activities such as paragliding, water sports, cycling, hiking, sport climbing, skiing, caving, etc. An abundance of footpaths in the surrounding area will take you on pleasant and enjoyable walks.
