Vacation Rental Description
The two-bedroom apartment Harmony provides a unique interior, newly refurbished in high standard, resulting not only in plain accommodation, but also feeling at home for demanding guests.
Situated in the city centre, the apartment lays just few minutes walking from the pedestrian area and historical sights, 200 m from the Danube riverbank and 300 m from the National Theatre.
Shops, restaurants and cafeterias, as well as banks and other facilities are within the close neighbourhood.
The apartment Harmony consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room with embedded kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen provides a bar table.
A large bath-tub/shower, a basin and a toilet are available in the bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary utensils - electric and microwave ovens, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and two safe lockers.
Breakfast is not included in the prices listed. However, some light breakfast food like cereals, milk, coffee, tea and fruits is available for free.
Two bicycles are available for our guests.
A PC with Internet connection and a printer-copier-scanner device is available. Guest's PC can be connected via Wi-Fi hotspot or Ethernet.
The living room provides a 42" wide-screen plasma TV (50 channels) and a DVD player with home theatre system. A collection of family-safe DVD movies is available as well.
The walls are decorated with original paintings.
Cleaning of the apartment is done twice a week.
The apartment whose size is 73 sq m (786 sq ft) is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the Old Town.
It can accommodate up to four persons.
Minimum length of stay is two nights.
Baby cot available upon request (no extra charge).
Small pets allowed, extra fee Eur 15 per night.
The apartment is non-smoking.
No noisy parties.
The parking is possible on the street, free of charge during weekends.
During working days, there is a parking fee of Eur 0.70 per hour.
Guarded underground garage across the street, 14 Eur/day.
