Constanta Residence Apartments is situated in Constanta, just 900 metres from the Black Sea Coast at the gateway to the Mamaia Resort. 
 
All year round, it offers comfortable 3-star accommodation in spacious studios and 2-room apartments, equipped with modern furniture and all necessary amenities. 
 
The apartments offer individuality and independence and are a perfect base either for leisure or business trips. There is no catering service, but you can prepare your own food in the well-equipped kitchen.  
 
 
The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are 2 km from the city centre, 3 km to the railway station and 4 km to the Constanta Port. 
 
Constanta is located in Romania’s south-eastern region named Dobrogea, which is the land between the Danube River and the Black Sea. Constanta's harbour is the main Romanian port and the largest one on the Black Sea coast. 
 
Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 8 km in length and only 300 metres in width, being a strip of land between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol. 
 
The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water is warm until late autumn. 
 
 
Please be aware that it is absolutely necessary to contact the owner of the Constanta Residence Apartments 5-8 days before arrival for further contact details and the arrangement of keys pick-up. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. 
 
Transfer from Constanta - Kogalniceanu Airport is subject to a charge. Transfer from the railway station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free.

For the period longer than 8 nights ensure free cleaning services.

Getting there: By plain from Constanta Mihail Kogalniceanu International Airport (CND): Aproximate driving time to Apartament is 40 minutes and distance is 50 kilometres. The cost for a shuttle is 15 euro for two people and 20 euro up to 4 people. By plain from Bucharest to Constanta, aproximate driving time to Constanta 2 hours and 30 minutes and distance is 250 kilometres. The cost for a shuttle is 100 euro up to 4 people. By bus or train from Bucharest. We pick up free of charge all clients from the Railway Station. Getting around: Constanta is served by buses and trams run by RATC (Regia Autonoma de Transport Constanta). Bus routes 43 and 100 leave from Constanta's train station and go to the Tomis Nord area at the end of the line. Private minibus companies run "maxitaxies" which follow numbered routes.
