This modern single storey villa is at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet village but is close to the town of Caldas da Rainha for all your big shopping. The villa has three double bedrooms, one with en suite facilities and a seperate bathroom. The lounge has two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed which can comfortably accomodate two people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and ample barbecue facilities near to the back door.
Large patio folding doors open out into the garden which has an 8 meter long swimming pool. The swimming pool is protected by a fence with a lockable gate to provide extra safety for young children. The area of garden surrounding the pool is a sun trap with garden loungers and outdoor eating facilities if required. This area is very private with easy access to the highway.
