Cozy 1 bedroom apartment in a private condominium with a large garden and a nice size swimmingpool for the all family to enjoy. 
The apartment consists of a bedroom that sleeps 2, a livingroom with a sofabed that sleeps 2 and a folded bed that sleeps 1. A kitchen fully equiped and a full bathroom. 
A 10 minute walk to the beach, wich is very safe for the kids. The area along side the bay is wonderfull to take long walks on the side walk or on the boardwalk rigth on the beach. 
There are plenty of restaurants and bars by the bay. 
Within an hours time, you can visit fishing towns (Nazare and Peniche), historical towns (medieval town of Obidos, Alcobaça, Batalha), Golf courses in Peniche and Rio Maior, and 1 hour and 15 minutes away you can be in Lisbon.

    We require a 20% deposit (non-refundable) 4 weeks prior to the rental. The deposit is to be made into my banking account or payment by personal check (there is a 10£ fee). The balance is to be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of £150 is payable upon arrival and is fully refundable ater the stay if no damage incurred and if the property is left in a reasonable clean condition. Check-in: 4pm Chekk-out: 10am
