Elevated ground floor duplex apartment consisting of lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with wc, bath, shower and bidet, downstairs bathroom, with wc, sink, and shower.  
Sleeps up to 5 adults in 2 bedrooms, with 1 double bed, 2 singles & single pull out bed.  
Glorious sea views from lounge, kitchen, both bedrooms and balconies.  
Quality furniture and fittings including 2 leather sofas, 32” LCD TV and DVD, satellite TV. 
Beautiful large dining table, with 6 chairs.  
Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. Iron & Ironing board + portable bbq grill.  
LCD TV in master bedroom. 
The apartment remains cool in the summer, but full central heating is available for other seasons. 
Reasonably-priced extras such as a welcome pack of food and drink are available on request.

    • Sao Martinho do Porto is a spectacular natural bay in the shape of a shell. Known as “Concha” to the locals, it has a vast sweep of sand which curls around a landlocked bay to form a natural swimming pool. This shelter makes it one of the warmest places to swim on the Silver Coast, with the sands gently sloping down into calm, shallow, solar-heated water, making it ideal for families. This beautiful little fishing town has managed to maintain its marvellous character and much of the older parts still have cobbled streets. You will also find a daily fruit, vegetable and fish market, and a monthly open air antiques fair. There are numerous bars,coffee bars and excellent restaurants catering for every nationality.     For those looking to explore Portugal's cultural and touristic delights, the walled city of Obidos, Sintra with its Moorish castle and fairy-tale Palacio da Pena, Batalha and Alcobaca, two stunning monasteries/cathedrals and Fatima – a place of pilgrimage for millions of catholics and tourists alike are all within easy reach.  
    Lisbon is one of the prettiest capital cities in Europe, Lisbon Zoo, The Gulbenkien Museum and the new Paula Rego Museum, make a great day out.

    1) Prices quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week. 2) Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days 3) Check in 4.00PM, check out 10.30 AM (but can be negotiated). 4) Sorry - NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING. 5) A €60 cleaning/linen charge is payable locally. 6) Welcome grocery pack available on request. Booking Notes: A deposit of £100 per week is payable to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival by cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation refunds, 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2 - 4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance A refundable security deposit of £100 per week against breakages will also be required
