The complex boasts a shared swimming pool, well-maintained gardens and a courtyard. The apartment also has its own secure underground parking space.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor accessible via lift or stairs. The lounge opens onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard. A travel cot is provided for 1 infant.

    • The apartment sleeps 2-4 adults plus 1 baby. A travel cot is provided. Bedroom: Twin beds and bedside cabinets Bathroom: Modern, fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath, basin, wc and bidet. Kichen: Fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/drier and other appliances. Eating area with 4 chairs. Living Area: Open plan living area with quality furnishings. Two sofas (one double sofa bed). TV/DVD player. Patio doors open onto a balcony which overlooks the courtyard. Storage is located in the living area. Cleaning: Bedlinen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels). The property is cleaned before and after use. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged - additional charges will apply. Please enquire. Other: Entry to the building is via a secure visual intercom system. All windows have electric shutters.

    • Sao Martinho do Porto has rail and bus links with Lisbon. Banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a short walking distance. A local market runs daily (except Mondays). Other recreational activities include horse-riding, fishing, surfing and golf.

    Beaches: 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the sand dunes and Salir do Porto beach.
    50m to stunning beach which is shaped like a perfect shell.
    10 minute drive to Foz do Arelho beach.
    15 minute drive to Nazare beach.

    Golf: 3 established golf courses nearby. The nearest course is Praia d'el Rey (18 holes) and is approximately 20km/25 minutes drive away
