A luxury 3 bed apartment situated 150 metres from the beach.  
 
The property comprises 3 bedrooms including:  
 
1) Master bedroom with king size bed, built in double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and bedside light controls, ensuite shower room with toilet and bidet. Pool view. 
 
2) Double bedroom with double bed, built in double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and bedside light controls and balcony. Pool View 
 
3) Double bedroom with twin single beds, built in double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and bedside light controls, sea view. 
 
Lounge / diner with hardwood table and 6 leather chairs, coffee table, sideboard, television cabinet housing 21" television and dvd / music system. Floor lamps, curtains and large balcony with beautiful sea views and exterior lighting. 
 
We have some nice pation furniture to the front balcony with a wicker 3 seater, and 2 single armchchairs all with comfy cushions. Also there is a free-standing kettle barbeque with tools. 
 
Bathroom with whirlpool bath, marble tops, shower over, toilet and bidet, recessed lighting. 
 
Video entry phone to ground floor entrance. 
 
Fully fitted oak kitchen with 4 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, table and 4 stools and double patio doors to balcony overlooking the pool area. 
 
Lift or stairs to ground floor or sub ground to the private parking area with double secure parking for two cars / bikes etc. The car park has direct access to the pool area. 
 
Shared private pool and childrens play area with secure passcard entry, landscaped gardens front and rear. 
 
Sao Martinho do Porto is just 45 miles north of Lisbon and Lisbon International Airport. Given its proximity to Lisbon and the excellent road links, Sao Martinho do Porto is a favourite place for holidays all year round and with 300 days of sunshine its no wonder. You can enjoy the exciting atmosphere, historic surroundings and leisure facilities the Silver Coast has to offer but also get into Lisbon easily for some city life if you feel the need. 
 
The train station is just five minutes walk away or there is a good bus/coach that runs regularly and takes less time. 
 
This is the real Portugal, where sea food and good wines are a matter of fact, coupled with friendly locals who want you there. 
 
The beach is just 150 mtres or so from the apartment and is well known as one of the prettiest beaches on the Silver Coast, with its beautiful horseshoe bay keeping the waters the warmest on this coastline.

    • The aprtment shares a large pool which is situated at the rear of the apartment block. This area is enclosed and has passcard entry for the residents of Bayside. Upon arrival we will issua you with the passcard entry swipe card. Also in this area is the childrens play area with swings and climbing frames etc. Obviously we cannot accept any responsibility for thw welfar of children within the pool area and would advise constant supervision.

    Our beautiful apartment

    When we first considered buying a holiday home, Portugal was our first choice location. We wanted to find a small town that the Portuguese holiday in...somewhere that had not lost its essential sense of place in favour of tourism at any price. We found it in Sao Martinho do Porto.

    In essence a fishing town located on a horseshoe bay only a hour from Lisbon up the west coast, Sao Martinho is surrounded by rugged hills, small villages and typical Portuguese architecture which really enhabces the feel of the "real" Portugal.

    It is exactly what we wanted as a well travelled couple, a place at peace with itself, that retains its cultural heritage in a quaint and welcoming way, surrounded by other lovely town's such as Obidos and Nazzare, a place safe for children and alive with a feeling of familial harmony.
