Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. If you cross 2 price bands the costs will be worked out on a daily basis. Payments to made into a Portuguese bank account which may incur a charge to you by your bank. Discounts available for long lets off peak (spring, autumn, winter). 9th/10th person + £20 pppw. Pool heating is £50 per week. Villa heating is £50 per week.
We require a non-refundable 20% deposit for the villa with the balance of payment 8 weeks in advance. Refundable security deposit of £200 to be paid with final payment.
Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks 20% deposit. 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 30% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund. Please email/call for further information.

For a week we lived like royalty in your luxurious modern villa. The whole experience was fantastic, we all had such a wonderful time. The pool and surroundings were perfect with ample sun loungers for all if us. A short stroll from the villa found us numerous bars and restaurants and picturesque beach of Sao Martinho do Porto. A short 10 min drive found us the big town to of Caldas da Rainha where we brought lots of souvenirs. Thank you for the experience.

Needless to say, we had a wonderful time. Your villa is outstanding, and in such a beautiful location, the best holiday all round that we have experienced without a doubt. I would definitely consider coming back.

We were over the moon with the villa it was like home from home. I love your choice of decor and it has made me want to redecorate our own house. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and all thought that your villa was stunning. I have certainly never stayed in such a luxurious property finished to such a high standard and it is safe to say that it definitely has the WOW factor! We all loved the location and to be so close to such lovely beaches was a real bonus. The pool was wonderful and it was very nice to be able to use it. I would like to thank you for your help and advice both in preparation to our holiday and also while we were away. We truly did have a wonderful time and are already talking about the possibility of coming again! - Laura
