Villa Azul is located within the idyllic country club resort of Praia D'el Rey. The resort sits atop the fabulous Atlantic coastline in Portugal's unspoiled and historical Oeste region. The resort offers one of Portugal's premier golf courses (voted #1 in Portugal and #13 in Europe by the Golf World Magazine). The villa, which is close to a local shop and tennis complex, is tastefully decorated and is only a five minute walk from the club house. The resort owns its beautiful private beach, only a ten minute walk away. The beach is great for sunbathing, walking and favoured by surfers. Overlooking the beach is a 5 star Marriot hotel with health spa, gym, bars and restaurants. A great holiday for adults as well as families with children.

    • Spacious open plan lounge and dining room with French doors to the patio. Furnished contemporary with armchair and L shaped sofa. Dining table seating 6. TV with cable channels, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, Playstation 2 with games and CD player. The villa is fully central heated with constant hot water from gas boiler. A travel cot and high chair is available upon notice. Please bring own linen for cot. Linen and indoor towels included. Please bring your own beach towels. Linen and towels changed weekly. Additional changes can be arranged at additional cost.

    • The villa is situated only a 5 minute walk from one of Portugal's finest golf courses. Tee off and meet the challenge of a links front 9 with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean, followed by a beautiful tree-lined back 9. Golf buggies can be hired. 
    Driving range, putting green and golf lessons available. 
     
    Praia D'el Rey boasts its own fabulous stretch of long sandy beach, which is great for sunbathing and walking. Strong currents and a constant sea swell, however, make it unsuitable for swimming in areas without a life guard. The nearby Obidos lagoon and Peniche beach are much calmer and great for kids. There are several great spots for surfing and other water sports. South of the resort, the beaches of Baleal, Peniche and Supertubes offer superb surfing conditions. Board hire/lessons available.
