Located within the 5-star Praia D'El Rey golf and beach resort on the fabulous silver coast (Costa de Prata) region this luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment accommodates up to four people. The design and interior décor are to a high standard with all home comforts. The large living room has a corner fireplace and patio doors in the lounge area open directly on to the shared swimming pool. The lounge area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable seating for 4. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 and a terrace. The separate kitchen with a terrace is fully equipped and has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has bath, toilet, bidet and shower facilities.  
 
The situation of the apartment allows easy access to all amenities on the resort, being located next to the championship tennis courts and resort shop and 10 minutes by foot from the Clubhouse and driving range and 15 minutes from the beach and the hotel. There is parking adjacent to the apartment and all resort amenities are easily reached by car within a few minutes.

    • Praia D'El Rey is a 600 acre resort located within an hour’s drive from Lisbon. It has been developed around an 18 Hole, Championship Links Course. In addition to the first class golf facilities, the resort has a tennis centre, children’s playground and outdoor activity centre and unspoilt sandy beaches - ideal for surfing and sunbathing. Nearby Óbidos Lagoon is also perfect for children, ideal for sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. As well as being a fishing town with an abundance of excellent seafood restaurants on its promenade, Peniche is one of the most famous surfing resorts in Portugal and at Baleal beach you can always find great surfing suitable for beginners to experts. Just off the coast from PDR, easily reached by boat from Peniche, the spectacular Berlenga Islands are perfect for diving or deep-sea fishing. 
    Some of the country’s most impressive architectural, religious and historical sites can be found in this region.

    Booking Deposit 25%, due wihin 14 days of booking. Balance due six weeks before the stay. If the booking is cancelled 6 weeks or more before the stay, payments will be refunded in full. If the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the stay no refund will be made unless the apartment can be relet for the booked dates - in which case a refund will be made. Refundable breakage deposit of £100 - payable with the balance. Payment by Sterling Cheque, Euro Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal. Changeover days are Saturdays, however, we will endeavour to fit with your dates, especially out of season. Minimum 3 nights rental (7 nights in high season) - contact owner re pricing. Rental rates include: Gas, Electricity, linen, towels (internal use only), once weekly maid service. Low season occupancy will incur an additional charge based on actual gas used during the stay. Discount for 2 or more weeks’ rental and for repeat bookings.
