Luxury spacious three bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the middle block of three, adjacent to the 1st fairway of this Top 80 world ranked Golf Course. Three large twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes, all benefitting from balconies and excellent views. Two bathrooms (one en-suite) with bath, shower, bidet and toilet, plus inset sink and cupboards under. There is also an extra cloakroom off the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances (details below). There is a spacious lounge/diner with 2 large sofas, coffee tables, TV, DVD including a selection of films, and a CD player. There is also a matching unit in the dining area housing a selection of board games, books, playing cards etc, to keep everyone busy, plus dining table with six chairs. All linen and towels are provided but not to be removed from the apartment, and the apartment will be cleaned fully before each arrival and after each departure and if your stay is beyond one week, cleaners will attend, clean and replace all towels, linen, if required. Parking is available at the front of the property which overlooks the practice area. The rear of the property overlooks the landscaped gardens, swimming pool, toddler pool, BBQ area and the 1st fairway of the golf course. The apartment is located within a 2 minute walk of the 1st tee and extensive practice area, including driving range, putting green and short game/bunker area. The Clubhouse is less than a 5 minute walk and is very family friendly with a bar, large lounge area, TV's, dining tables, and a large outdoor terrace. Excellent food is served throughout the day and evening, and there is a restaurant also which is open every evening. There is a Bank machine located immediately outside the Clubhouse. Residents can also visit the 5* Marriott Hotel which is about a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment or 2 minutes by shuttle bus from the Clubhouse. The hotel boasts three restaurants and numerous bars which non residents can use. There is also a luxury spa, gym and pools which can be used at extra cost. The stunning sandy beach can be accessed 10/15 minutes walk from the apartment or a couple of minutes in the car. There is ample parking at the main beach access together with a small cafe.

In addition to the above, there is a BBQ which can be used in the designated area alongside the swimming pool, and there are tables/chairs on two of the three balconies. Radiator heating is available and each radiator has a termostatic control. Hot water is 'on demand'. There is also an electric oven, hob (both gas and electric) and a freezer, toaster, kettle, etc in the kitchen, together with iron and ironing board. There is ample cupboard space housing all the basics; crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There are two small 'convenience' stores available on the resort, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment or a short drive, which sell all the essentials, although larger supermarkets are available in nearby towns about a 15 minute drive away and there is a small supermarket in the local village, Serra D'El Rei, which is about 10 minutes by car. Some cable TV channels are available.

The tennis courts are on the left shortly after you drive into the resort. The resort provides (for a fee) a fully supervised activity club 'Club Aventura' for children aged 4-16 years, where children can do anything from craft activities and table tennis right through to surf lessons and quad biking. There is a small bar at the rear of the clubhouse which opens till the early hours, 'Zanzibar' which appeals to young adults. The hotel also has evening entertainment. Good walks are available in this rural area, and guests should visit the walled town of Obidos with its cobbled streets and small cafes. Peniche is also a must with its numerous restaurants serving a wide variety of freshly caught fish. Down by the harbour you can also arrange a boat trip to the Berlengas Islands which is an uninhabited nature reserve. Peniche also has a water park ideal for children, and go karting, and Baleal is known for its surfing.

Charges are made for the apartment per week, not per person. We are happy to rent the apartment out for periods of less than a week, long weekends, ten days, or longer periods of time, depending on availability and demand, and a price can be given on application. Bookings during the high season, for example July and August would normally only be taken for periods of at least one whole week. A deposit would be required to secure any booking of 25% of the total cost, with the balance payable six weeks before departure. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments can be made by cheque (booking will be confirmed once cheque is cleared) or by Bank Transfer. Keys are available at the apartment on your arrival.
