This luxury villa is situated 80km north of Lisbon city in the peaceful village of mestre mendo , close to baleal world famous surfing beach.There are several great seafood restaraunts in the nearby town of Peniche .Obidos medieval town is only ten km away.Praia del rey championship golf course is 3km away, also bom success golf club nearby.Places of interest to visit are Lisbon,fatima,nazare and obidos.Trips from Peniche to Berlenga Island nature reserve.
The villa has a private swimming pool with lockable sliding doors for child safety.large games room, with table tennis table.Satellite tv, surround sound, electric shutters, barbeque, sun terrace and all mod cons.
There is a large sitting room on the top floor from where a great view of the Berlenga islands can be enjoyed on a clear day.

This area is most popular for surfing and kite surfing.Most of the activities centre around the beautiful local beaches.The rip curl world championships 2009/2010/2011 were held here and will be hosted in october 2012.
There are Golf courses nearby, praia del rey, golden eagle and bom Successo and the newly opened Royal Obidos.
Tennis courts are in Peniche.There is a go kart track to visit about 10km away.
Peniche also has a small water park open in the summer months.
Lisbon Zoo is worth a visit 80km away.

The villa is situated in the village of mestre mendo, a typical Portuguese village.It is only 4km from some of Europes best Surf beaches, Rip Curl world championships have been held locally since 2009.
Nearby also are three championship Golf Courses.
The local town of Peniche hosts some great reasonably priced seafood restaurants and pastry shops.
Obidos is 10km away and is a lovely medieval town which cant be missed.Lisbon city is 80 km away and a local bus service runs regularly .
