In the evening watch the sun set on the rear terrace while you decide which of the many restaurants and cafes to visit.
A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor where there is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower.

Furadouro is a popular family resort with beautiful golden beaches, a mixture of shops, restaurants, cafes / bars and market stalls. In the morning you may even find a lady with a barrow selling the sardines her husband has caught the night before.
Well known for it's splendid beaches.
There is a leisure complex nearby which has a large outdoor pool. You can rent loungers for a couple of Euros so you have the option of enjoying a swim or just soaking up the sun.
Activities
The region is stunningly beautiful with wide golden stretches of unmarked sand, turquoise sea and rolling countryside. You will find olive groves and luscious vineyards, with fantastic wines. The cost of living is a fraction of the mediterranean hotspots or the Algarve so your Euros go a long way.
The town of Ovar is a 5 minute bus or car journey. Market days are Thursday and Saturday, something not to miss. As well as the more commercial stalls, you will find the locals who come in from nearby villages, selling what they have grown in their gardens.
The Dolce Vita sporting / shopping complex is about a mile away from the apartment. Here, there is a large supermarket, bowling alley and shopping mall. The complex also boasts a cinema.

- Travel Info: Easy reach from Porto airport, 40 minutes drive to the apartment, all major car hire companies are situated at the airport.
The cheapest way to travel is to use the regular airport metro which takes you into Porto.
Change trains at Porto, Campanha and travel to Ovar. Overall travel time only 90 minutes and less than 5 Euros.
Ovar is a short taxi or bus ride to Furadouro. Buses depart from Ovar train station every 30 minutes past the hour.
The property is easy to find, one street from the beach promanade.
