This new Villa, built in October 2006 is situated on the 'Perola da Lagoa' resort on the edge of Obidos Lagoon in the heart of the 'Silver Coast' region. It is ideally placed three miles from the Championship 'Praia del Rey' golf resort and a mile from the 'Bom Successo' golf resort. The villa enjoys beautiful lagoon views and is a ten minute drive from the historic medieval town of Obidos itself. All finishing and furnishings are to an extremely high standard. The villa also enjoys a large secure shared swimming pool (50m) with waterfall, children's pool, and a large sunbathing area.

Perola da Lagoa is a new golfing development, situated in a huge expanse of pine forest nestling on the edge of the huge Lagoa de Obidos. 5 minutes drive takes you to the award winning Praia Del Rey or Bom Successogolf resorts. Adjacent to this the 5 star Marriott hotel and Spa. 10 minutes drive takes you to Obidos: a medieval, walled town where you can find exquisite restaurants and bars, cobbled streets with tiny cottages draped in wisteria and bourgenvillea. Beaches: 2 minute drive away. Miles of white sand and surf, attracting surfers from far afield. Surfing bars and restaurants can be found in Foz De Arelio and towards Peniche, which is a coastal fishing town famous for its seafood restaurants.

Four beautifully fitted bedrooms, the master bedroom having a king size double bed, fitted double wardrobes and ensuite shower room, the other three bedrooms having twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms have private balconies and the one has patio doors to the rear garden. All bathrooms are beautifully fitted with the highest standard bathroom suites, with fitted sink units with drawers, mirrors and lights. The master bathroom has a bath with glazed shower screen, while the two shower rooms have modern glazed shower cubicles. A child's cot and push chair are included

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 Euro is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Bank transfer or personal cheque. Weekly cleaning fee of 80 Euro, including all bed linen and towel changeover.
