Vacation Rental Description
Detached quality villa in an elevated position with superb westerly views over a nature reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, dining room and a large terrace accessible from the lounge and kitchen. Also, there is a very large second lounge and games room which opens out onto the pool area. The private pool of 9m x 4m is in a walled terrace which makes the property ideal for families. Behind the house is a nature reserve which leads down to the sea approximately 250m away. Each evening you can watch the sun setting from the terrace. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the pretty village of Sitio. The centre of the village is a 5 minute walk and has a number of restaurants, several of which are excellent. There is a water park with slides and swimming pools also just 5 minutes walk from the villa. Nazare has much to offer for young and old, including many restaurants.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and stools. Dinner service for 12 etc.

Utility Room: Washing machine.

Living Rooms: Living room with fireplace, 2 settees, 2 armchairs, coffee tables, cable TV, DVD. Doors onto large terrace.

Second lounge/games room with settee (opens to double bed if req), seating, cable TV, HiFi (USB port), table tennis, darts. Doors onto pool area.

Other: Dining Room: Dining table and seating for 8.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Villa is cleaned every week and laundry is changed every week.

Outside
Large paved marble area with private swimming pool 9x4m and approx. 2m deep (max) at the deep end with lighting and water jets. Furniture including sun loungers. Shaded area. BBQ. Private parking with gate access. Behind the house is a nature reserve which leads down to the sea approx 250m away. The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 mins walk into the village centre. The nearest restaurant is excellent.

Coast/Beach
The long and wild North Beach is 5 min walking distance through the nature reserve, has waves that can be heard from the house and stretches off into the distance. Sitio village is 5 minute walk and has spectacular views. Nazare is 2 minutes by car and has a very large beach with most facilities. Sao Martino is approx 10km and has a very sheltered beach. Foz do Arelho, Baleal and Peniche are famous for surfing and 20 mins drive.

Golf
Praia d'el Rey approx 30km, Golden Eagle (Quinta do Brincal) and other courses approx 30 minutes. Many courses around Lisbon and further details available upon request.

Travel
Lisbon airport 60 mins, Porto 3 hours. Faro 4 hours. Car is recommended for exploring as there are many places of interest only a short drive away.

Walk - Sitio village centre just 5 mins, with access to vernicular railway leading down cliffs to Nazare town centre.
Drive- Nazare 1km; Alcabaca 8km; Foz do Arelho 20km; Caldas da Rainha 20km; Obidos 25km; Leiria 20km; Peniche 30km, Sao Martinho 12km.

Further details
Sitio village is on top of a headland and the village square has spectacular views overlooking the dramatic cliffs leading down to the bigger town of Nazare. In addition to the road linking Nazare and Sitio, there is a vernicular railway running down the cliffs from the village square to Nazare
