This is a family owned and used apartment,There are steps leading to a secure entry door and 1 flight of stairs to the apartment.On entry there is a large hall way leading to a comfortable open plan lounge/diner with leather settees and large table and chairs, tv, dvd, there is also a balcony off the lounge. There are double sliding doors leading to a large kitchen with sliding doors to patio balcony which gets the morning sun, and brick built BBQ and table and chairs. 
Off the hallway is a lobby with doors leading to the family bathroom with bath/shower,tiolet, bidet and basin,also doors to double bedroom with built in wardrobes, and twin room with built in wardrobes. There is a secure underground carpark.

There are an abundance of cafe bars and restaurants within easy reach, also small local shops or a large supermarket. Access to Nazare is reached via the fanicular (short train ride) or walk down steps.
