Great views from everywhere and stunning rooftop terrace.
The house has a private swimming pool and a beautiful romantic garden (with cherry trees, olive trees, camelia's, hazelnut, herbs and flowers).

Very close there are a few "praia fluviais" wich are literally river beaches. Very lovely. There is also "Praia das rocas" Wich is an artificial beach with waves. Great for kids. Lots of people from Lisbon spend their holidays here.
