A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located at the 5 star golf and beach resort of Praia Del Rey (voted European Golf Resort of the year by International Association of Golf Tour Operators ) and is ideal for families and golfers. The resort facilities include a superb Golf Clubhouse with excellent bar and restaurant facilities and the 5* Marriott hotel which offers a range of restaurants and other amenities. Both are within walking distance of the townhouse. The property has just been recently renovated to include a fourth bedroom. All furnishings are to a high standard and new. The property is in a quiet location and shares a large pool.

Living Rooms: Split level lounge/dining room. Furnished with new furniture, consisting of 2 sofa‘s, 2 armchairs, coffee table, sofa table, 32” LCD TV and TV stand , DVD player and feature fire place. A selection of DVD's and games are provided for guest use.


The property has Split level open plan lounge/dining room. The dining room is furnished with a large dining table and leather dining chairs which seat 8 comfortably.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linen and bathroom towels included. Mid stay clean provided for holidays of 2 weeks. Extra cleaning / maid service can be arranged at an extra cost if required

Notes on accommodation
The townhouse is tastefully furnished to a high standard with ample room for 1-2 families or a group of golfers. It is fully centrally heated, and has a 32' LCD TV with British and European channels. The property is non smoking (inside) and is supplied with a cot and baby chair. A set of golf clubs are provided for guest convenience. The patio terrace overlooks well maintained gardens which lead to the shared pool area. There is also a DVD player in lounge. Books, games and cards provided.


Outside
Outdoors there is a built-in BBQ, new terrace furniture which includes table, chairs and sun loungers. The gardens are communal and the pool is closeby. The main gardens are to the back of the property as is the 18th fairway of the golf course.

Coast/Beach
Praia D’el Rey has a beautiful stretch of long sandy beach (3 min drive or a leisurely walk) which is excellent for surfing and walking. The beautiful Obidos lagoon (10 min drive) stretches in from the Atlantic and is ideal for families and water sports. The sandy surfing beaches of Baleal and Peniche (10-15 min drive) are both well known and offer lessons in surfing, kite or windsurfing, jet skiing and banana boats.

Golf
The property is located on the award winning golf course. Praia Del Rey is voted European Golf Resort of the Year (2007) by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators. Voted among the top 10 golf courses in Europe by Golf World Magazine (2006). Golf World - Ranked 80th in top 100 golf courses worldwide (2005).Golf World - Ranked 13th in Continental Europe (2005).

Special interest holidays
Praia D'el Rey's children's club ‘Clube Aventura’ (up to 16 years old) offers outdoor activities including surfing, body boarding, quad biking, paintball, archery, kayaking and beach/sports games. Family excursions and activities are also available. Bookable through ‘Clube Aventura’ next to the club house. 7 tennis courts, coaching available. Obidos (world heritage site 15-20 mins drive) is a medieval walled town with cobbled streets, castle and plenty of craft/gift shops, restaurants and bars. Lisbon, capital city, is one hours drive.

Travel
The nearest airport is Lisbon. Car hire is recommended.

Bedroom three (twin) again is spacious and shares the sun terrace. Bedroom four (twin) is to the front with a small balcony. Bedroom two (kingsize) is located to the front of the property and is provided with under floor heating. A set of golf clubs are provided for guest convenience. The patio terrace overlooks well maintained gardens which lead to the shared pool area. There is also a DVD player in lounge. Books, games and cards provided.

Low Season Price : £400
High Season Price : £1000 per Week

To book, check availability by email. If you want to proceed we ask for a 20% deposit and then for the remainder 8 weeks before your departure. In addition a breakages deposit of £200 is added to your final payment to cover any damages or breakages during your stay. This will be refunded after the end of your of your rental period (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
