Ground Floor: Living area has leather 3 seater sofas with TV,DVD,Video and satalite with uk channels, also a dinning table that can seat 10 people 
Kitchen: has cooker,dishwasher,wahing machine,microwave and everything you would need in the kitchen, also a break fast table that can seat 6 people. 
Showeroom: This is ideal for coming in from the pool and taking a shower, also has a toilet and wash basin 
First Floor: first bedroom has built in wardrobes and a double bed, second bedroom has built in waredrobes and 2 single beds and a fold away bed with a large balony. Bathroom has bath with jacuzzi built in,toilet,double wash basins and bidet. 
Second Floor: Has a huge third bedroom with huge top balcony with 2 single beds and a fold away bed,built in waredrobes and a ensuite with toilet,wash basin and shower.  
Outside: you have a communal garden to the front and a small patio area round the back, there is a large communal swimming pool.

    • The villa is very modern with all the things you need to have a great relaxing stay, It has a BBQ in the back garden for those evenings that you want to stay in and relax. also a huge balcony with a view of the Obidos Lagoon. the laggon is very safe for the children to play in and boat trips around the laggon are avaliable in the high season. There are 2 golf course's 20 mins away of which one is a PGA course. The Medevil Castle in Obidos is only 15 mins drive away, also a water park 30 mins away near Penishe. The local area has some great Restaurants and bars, also the bakery is 2 mins walk from the villa so fresh bread every morning. the villa is only 50 mins from Lisbon Airport, and 15 mins drive from the big supermarkets in Caldes Da Rainha.
