Villa in the nice Silver coast, in a quiet area, for a nice holidays. It has 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, another for children with two single bed,and 3 big rooms for you to rest....a barbeque...
In the other floor you have a big room with a double bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen.
We can provide cot, or a chair for children,
In the space of the swimming pool you have a big pool, and a small one for children.You have also a bathroom there.

Rates

Low Season Price : €1500
High Season Price : €2000 per Week

We require a deposit of 1000 euros that will be give by you in the day of the entrance to the house and we will

give you back in the day of your departure.

April and May 1000 euros for a week, june 1200, july 1500, august 2000, september 1500, october 1000 euros.

With the reservation you pay a deposit of 20% of the money, and the rest of the money 1 week before the day of the

entrance if is transfer or in cash the 80% of the money in the day of the entrance of the house.

In case of cancelation you loose the 20% of value of the reservation, and a week before you loose 50%.

You can pay by transfer or in cash the day of the entrance of the house.
