Main Description
The property is just a 50 minute drive north of Lisbon, on the spectacular Silver Coast. This modern, spacious property benefits from a large swimming pool shared with just 4 other properties, a lawned garden area to the front screened for privacy by a wall and electric gate. The 5 sun terraces/balconies (3 of which have sea views)all have their own patio furniture for your enjoyment together with 6 sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out onto the patio and garden area. There is a multi function shower room and a kitchen with all modern facilities with the added advantage of never running out of hot water as hot water is heated on demand! From the hallway there are stairs leading down to the underground parking accessed via electric gates. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has twin basins with cupboards under, toilet, bidet and jacuzzi bath with shower over. The second floor landing has patio doors off out onto the huge balcony where you can enjoy a BBQ eating alfresco with stunning views. Off the landing there is a door leading into master bedroom which also has patio doors leading onto balcony. It also benefits from a dressing area and en-suite shower room.
Shops to include: butchers, bakers, mini markets, English speaking bank and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. There are many more restaurants on the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. The Obidos Lagoon beach 1000m away, is huge and is safe for children to swim in. The more rugged part of the beach is at the far end where you can enjoy fishing and the waves, which is ideal for surfing.
There are many golf courses in the area, the most famous being, Praia D'el Rey which is a 25 min drive away. The fishing village of Peniche, with fantastic fish restaurants, sand dunes and water park are a 20 min drive away. The famous medieval town of Obidos is just 15 minutes drive away.

High Season Price : £700 per Week

Bookings are from Friday/Saturday at high season, out of high season any day. A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. It is also at this time we require £100 refundable deposit for damages/breakages which will be returned after your stay.
Payment can either be made by cheque or by the Internet.
