As Silver Coast is a fantastic region ( that we knew very well), we decided to build there our dream property.

10 % off for 2 weeks stayings.

25 % deposit on booking with the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 750 € is added to the final payment to cover any possible damage; and is fully refundable after the stay if no damage is incurred and the property is left in a reasonably clean condition.
