Gym Area which includes; exercise bike, rower, stepper, yoga mats, exercise ball. Plus a large selection of board games, DVDs, books. We also provide hairdryers, bath robes and beach towels.

The villa is situated a few meters away from the Obidos lagoon, which is ideal for using the Canadian Canoe which is available with the villa. Biking - The villa also has three bicycles, a day out on the newly constructed cycle track will allow you to reach the historic town of Obidos and the beach of Bom Successo. Windsurfing & Sailing at the Water Sports Club, Obidos Lagoon which is 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk away from the villa, the school offers all you need to learn and practise: Surfing, Kitesurf, Catamaran, Windsurfing, Sailing, Optimist, Ski / Wake. Tennis courts available to hire from Hotel Praia 1 min walk away from villa.
Horse Riding - Quinta Da Foz is a rustic riding centre in Foz do Arelho. Golf - Within a short drive there are 3 excellent courses; including Portugal's number 1 golf course; Praia d'el Rey

Saturday is our preferred changeover day unless by specific arrangement. Arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am. Other arrival and departure times are possible subject to confirmation please enquire 30% reservation deposit and balance due a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note a security deposit of £200 will be required with balance, this will be returned within 1 week of departure date. Reduced Rates for stays of 3 weeks and longer. 2010 Bookings now being taken. Payment can by made by cheque or bank transfer we also except credit cards (subject to small surcharge). This accommodation is a no smoking villa. No pets allowed.
