This lovely 5-bedroom villa provides the perfect base from which to explore Portugal's splendid silver coast, partake in a range of exhilarating watersports, play a round of golf on some of the most exciting and new developments in Europe or simply relax by the pool.

The villa has been recently upgraded to the highest standard. It offers ample accomodation for a small group of friends or a couple of families with children or perhaps a family with grandparents. Externally, the villa has a large outdoor dining area with a dedicated barbecue area and large private swimming pool. On the first floor, the balcony offers a private sunbathing area with fantastic views to the lagoon and Atlantic ocean. Internally, the first floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double bedroom with french doors leading onto the balcony. On the ground floor, the kitchen dining room offers luxury facilities with a breakfast bar and solid oak dining table with leather chairs. A deposit of 20% is payable when you book. The balance is due and payable 8 weeks before your hoiliday start date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of your start date, and for short break holidays, the full amount is payable when booking. A security deposit of £200 is payable with the final balance and is fully refundable after the stay if no damage is incurred and the property is left in a reasonably clean condition. Contact us immediately if you have to cancel your booking and send us written confirmation. Cancellation refunds: Upto 8 weeks 20% of deposit; 4 to 8 weeks 50% of rate refunded; 2 to 4 weeks 30% of rate refunded; Less than 2 weeks no refund.

Magnicent family villa with sea views and private pool

The villa was purchased because of it's magnificant location overlooking Obidos Lagoon and the Atlantic Coast. It has been extensively refurbished and now provides luxury accommodation for up to 10 people.

The villa benefits from a private pool and al fresco dining area with barbecue. It has 5 large bedrooms including a master ensuite.

Local amenities include the sailing club (5 minute walk) and the beaches of the Silver Coast which provide excellent surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing conditions. Nearby there are exclusive golf facilities, tennis and horse riding centres.

A great place to relax with a group of friends or family.
