The location of this house is perfect for many historical and touristic visits; very near Coimbra, one of the oldest University towns in Europe with its magnificent library, it is also near Conimbriga Roman ruins and many other interesting places, historical and touristic. 
 
The town of Figueira da Foz has many things to offer, mainly the beach with perfect waves for surfing, good commerce, plenty of restaurants and coffebars, night clubs and of course the Casino. 
 
Two very large comfortable sitting rooms, a games room with snooker, a well furnished dining room and spacious bedrooms, this property is wonderful for a large group. The bedrooms all have doors onto the first floor terrace and there are lovely country views down to the coast.  
 
There is an area of lawn with a golf hole and a covered built in barbecue with bread oven, sink and fridge all around the lovely swimming pool. Although almost in the centre of town, this is a restful place to spend a holiday. At the back there is an unfenced pond and the garden has some steep drops so small children need supervision.

    A deposit of 25% made by Bank Transfer will be needed to confirm the booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If there is a cancelation prior to the 8 weeks this deposit will be reimbursed. A deposit of 300€ against damages will be asked for at arrival and will be reimbursed at departure.
