Main Description
The casa is 300 sq m situated in three quarters of an acre with a private walled and gated swimming pool area. The pool is 4.5m by 7.5 m with 180 sqm paved all around with a romanesque marble table and secured large parasols. There is also an alpendre (summer house) with a separate toilet and shower and an eating area with a stone table and a traditional Portuguese Barbeque. There is hot and cold water to the Alpendre.

The house itself comprises of a lounge, large fully tiled and equipped kitchen and four large bedrooms, one with and en-suite bathroom and the second and large family bathroom has a double sink unit and a bath with separate shower. Four rooms exit through double doors to the front veranda that overlooks the valley to the hills beyond. The rear veranda catches the sun first thing and is equipped with quality aluminium furniture. Again there is plenty of room.

As you sweep up the drive, some 85 m long and around the rear of the house you pass the bushes flowers and trees of the south garden. Lemon, Orange, Fig, Walnut, Almond and of course the foundation tree the Olive. Guests are welcome to the fruits of the trees depending on what is available when you have your holiday. Just imagine that Gin and Tonic with a lemon, not from the supermarket but straight from the tree.

The casa is situated in the middle of Portugal where you can still hear the sounds of nature over the usual hubbub of our hectic lives. This is peaceful and reassuringly Portuguese where a meal for 8 in the local restaurant will still come in under £35.00 including the drinks.

These is a really good local restaurant two minutes away by car and at the nearby town of Tomar, steeped in history, there are a wide range of restaurants in typically peaceful and comfortable Portuguese surroundings. Here the people take life slowly and are welcoming and friendly.

The Casa is 300 Sq m with four large bedrooms easily sleeping 10 people in a combination of two or three families with children. There is plenty of room both inside and out with over 180 Sq m of paved area around the pool and an Alpendre (summer house) with a traditional Portuguese barbeque and stone table.

Low Season Price : €1120
High Season Price : €1500 per Week

The casa is priced at €1500,00 per week in July and August and €1400,00 per week at all other times. with the exception of July and August there is a 10% discount if there are 8 or less persons and 20% for six or less.
