There is no specific changeover day, however, we would appreciate your departure by 10:00 hours and your arrival no earlier than 14:00 hours. Minimum 7 nights during peak times. Should this cause you problems, please contact us, to see if we can help.

Cleaning and linen is managed locally and charged at 65 euros per change at the end of a stay (please bring beach/pool towels).

Returnable 150 euros safety deposit to be paid locally.
