Modern property, in quiet location with stunning sea views. Levada trek just behind house ideal for walkers and nature lovers. Just under 10 minutes drive from Santo Da Serra golf course, beaches, water park and all amenities. Supermarket, chemist, banks, restaurants and cafes only a 5 minutes drive away. Casa Jem is set away from the village centre so car hire is essential, plenty of parking.

The house has a large open plan kitchen/dinning/living area with double doors opening onto balcony with sea views over "Desert Islands". There are 4 large double bedrooms two of which are en-suite.

The property is about 7 minutes drive away from the airport, Santa Cruz sea front and water theme park. Santo da Serra Golf is only 5 minutes drive away. There is a levada walk just behind the house.

A 30% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable after 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Balance to follow no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival date must be paid in full, payments to be made by bank transfer. In addition we request a 200 euros refundable security deposit on arrival to cover breakables or damages, this will be refunded on the day of departure if no damages have been found at the property.

About Santa Cruz, it was a great surprise for us to discover your island, as soon as we arrive in the airport, the people were gentle, friendly and smiling every time for the tourists we were. So we 'll remember a long time this lovely island.
About Casa Jem, it was also a marvellous surprise, your house is so nice, so agreable to live, we had a very nice week with our children and grandchildren.
We had the time to visit Madeira from south to north, and discover some lovely places, walking through Levadas and testing some restaurants.
So Elsa, we wanted to thank you for this lovely time in Casa Jem, and assure you we shall transmit your adress to our friends looking for nice stays.
