The apt is very spacious well equipped and beautifully furnished, The south facing balcony offers beautiful views of the ocean, the second larger balcony to the rear of the building provides a peaceful retreat, an enjoyable breakfast spot, opening directly from the kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful open plan living area is a delightful space. The apt is in the centre of the village next to a beautiful 16th century church. No less than 9 bars and 4 restaurants are within a 10 min stroll. The beach is a 10 min leisurely walk providing easy access to swimming and a lovely promenade to stroll along. A delightful spot to sunbath. 
Three well stocked supermarkets and a variety of shops and restaurants can be found within a short drive away to the east and the west presents the only golden sandy beach on the Island in Calheta, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The marina will keep boat lovers and passionate dolphin watchers happy.  
This delightful location is 35 minutes drive from the aerport. The city of Funchal, with it´s daily market, historic buildings, beautiful cobbled streets and famous old town are only a mere 25 minutes away.
