This is a lovely family house set in a peaceful residential area with stunning views looking out onto the ocean. The house is located on the sunny southern coast of Madeira close to the fashionable district of Garajau and Canico Centro. Guests can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Dessertas Islands from the large terrace, perfect for a romantic evening watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The lounge/dinning room is very spacious and has a balcony leading onto the terrace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the modern conveniences and a large breakfast table seating 6 for a lazy breakfast.

    • The house is located near the fashionable district of Garajau and Canico Centro. It is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas, be it hiking in the levada walks, golfing, exploring the rural countryside, or visiting the natural beaches with its clear waters and pleasant temperatures. For those who want water slides the Santa Cruz Aqua Park is just a short distance by car. There is a good selection of restaurants, bars, patisseries and a bakery serving fresh bread daily. Canico Centro Shopping centre offers a supermarket and a variety of shops. The local hotels and bars offer a good selection of night life.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: £320 per Week
      High Season Price: £320 per Week
         

    To secure the booking we will require a 30% deposit of the rental rate. This is payable to account, details will be provided once a firm booking is made. The oustanding balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival, unless the reservation falls within the 3 weeks, then full payment is required. In addition we charge a refundable deposit of £200.00 to cover breakables or damages. Should you wish to cancel the booking 2 weeks prior to arrival, the rental rate is non-refundable. Fro 5 persons sharing the Rental rate is £370.00 per week for a 6th person we charge £20.00 extra per week.
