This lovely T1 as new (just refurbished) - with atractive and reasonable prices- is located just five minutes' walk from the sea, 2km walk to the city centre, just in the middle of the tourist area. Quiet and peaceful, yet only two minutes to the mini-market, pharmacy, bars. Easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The studio benefits from the building-owned private pool. Leading from the room is a 25m2 spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two single beds a sofa-bed for two young people in preference older than 5 (it's a 9th floor). The studio is ideal for a couple and suitable for couples with up to 2 children, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Easy access to sea and mountain activities, ferry to Porto Santo Island at 1 km.
Cleaning once a week. Extra cleaning on request.
