This modern luxurious villa is the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends. With a commanding views of the blue Atlantic Ocean, it has been tastefully furnished and equipped to ensure that you have everything you need. The entrance opens onto a large, airy, open plan lounge. On one side you have comfortable sofas around the fire-place and TV, where you can relax at the end of your day, and on the other side is the stylish dining area. The French windows open onto the terrace, swimming pool and gardens with direct views of the mountains and sea.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen which also has a smaller dining table, ideal for breakfast. Adjacent is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Just outside the kitchen is the purpose built, covered barbecue area, with table and chairs, making ‘al fresco’ dining easy, fun and enjoyable. There is an outside toilet and shower room and a separate gym room, for those of you that want to keep fit while on holiday!

On the upper level you will find the bedrooms; all beautifully decorated and spacious. There are four double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, (1 with Jacuzzi), and a particuarly large twin bedroom. Three of the bedrooms open onto terraces overlooking the swimming pool and all with magnificent views.

For those of you wanting to visit the islands capital, Funchal, this is only 30 minutes by car.

Prices valid for 10 persons Minimum stay: 1 week
There is an additional supplement of €100 per week for cleaning. If you stay for 2 weeks, there is a 10% reduction on the second week.
The prices are for up to 10 people. For larger groups there is a double sofa bed in the lounge and 2 'pull out drawer' beds in the large twin room. The cost for additional guests is €120 Euro, per person, per week. If the extra beds are for children, then there is no supplement payable.
It may be possible to accept reservations of less than a one week duration. Please send your request by email.

This is a small piece of paradise! Wonderful villa, perfectly equipped, breathtaking view, excellent location, perfect atmosphere. Spacious and modern, this villa id THE place to sip a glass of medium sweet Madeira in the evening after enjoying the various sights of the island during the day. Friendly service from the rental company, a fair price and cute farm animals next door just add to the experience: We wouldn´t have minded staying a few extra weeks or months! For the record: The house accommodated 5 grownups and 3 teenagers with lots of space to spare.
