A detached 3 bedroom house available for all year round rental situated on the sunny South West coast of Madeira where it's position allows a great view down to the sea. Madeira is a year round plant lovers paradise and has some not to be missed attractions at the Botanical Gardens in Funchal and the gardens at Palheiro . There are walks available of all grades from a gentle stroll alongside a levada to a full scale 'yomp' .The accomodation consists of a large lounge , dining room that seats 6 , kitchen/breakfast room , further kitchen with hob and BBQ area . Master Bedroom with king size bed , TV and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom 3 with single bed and fitted wardrobes . Separate shower room. A Private pool with large sun kissed terraced area and pergola.

If guess arrive at the property after 6 PM our representative will charge other 10 Euros for the check in - so a total of 40 Euros. As well this applies for arrivals and departures anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. In your stay; if our representative is called to the property by you for problems that are not the fault of the property or not any malfunction of property equipments; Our representative will charge you 25 euros every time to go to the property.
