a beautiful rustic cottage with 2 bedrooms is located in estreito da calheta.the cottage is located in a good area a very peacfull but still dynamic village with a spectacular climate all year round. the cottage has good acessability by being next to the main road. only a few minutes by car to calheta golden beach funchal is only 25 minutes away and the airort 35 minutes away.

    Note: At arrival of the property our representative will charge you an extra 30 Euros for his services; to escort you, take you to the property, introduce you with a tour of the property, do the check-in and hand over the keys. If guess arrive at the property after 6 PM our representative will charge other 10 Euros for the check in - so a total of 40 Euros. As well this applies for arrivals and departures anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. In your stay; if our representative is called to the property by you for problems that are not the fault of the property or not any malfunction of property equipments; Our representative will charge you 25 euros every time to go to the property. 350€/Week untill 2 people 20€ more per person per week.
