One of the house´s best features is that it is on the country side, it is close to the legendary natural beauties of the island (levadas) but, nevertheless, sufficiently close of leisure centers (nearby: beach, marina, cultural center "Casa das Mudas", golf course, etc...). It is a privileged place to get to know the whole island.  
Certainly you will want to go beyond and explore the rest of the island. Accesses are many and easy to follow, modern roads and tunnels shorten the distances significantly. 
In the north coast you will be surprised by sceneries of rare beauty, great unspoiled extensions of nature to which you will undoubtely surrender.  
The south coast is the cosmopolitan face of the island. It contrasts with the calm peaceful green north. It has a life of its own. You will find something different in every corner...

    • The house also has an artificial fireplace in the living room, a trustbar (self-service)and express coffe machine also in the living room, wi-fi and games. there is a hidromassage bathtub and one of the rooms has a safe, should our guests need to keep money or jewelry... the porch has a barbecue area and an outdoor table. Also, there are some "napping" nets hangging in the porch right by the garden. Regarding safety, the house has an alarm, a camera surveillance system and firedetectors. At check-in a light meal(fruit basket, milk, juice, bread, cheese and ham, gelly and tipical cake "bolo-de-mel")is served to the guests.
