is only a 20 minute drive away.The villa has a barbeque area and a covered outside dining area. 
 
This is the ideal villa for a family holiday,close to the beaches,Lisbon and in a quite rural setting. 
 
The villa has fully fitted kitchen and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and a first floor living room area with fully opening Patio doors opening out onto the balcony. 
 
The two ground floor bedrooms open out onto landscaped gardens.Pool area has a sun deck.The two first floor bedrooms adjoin the First floor living room area. 
 
The ground floor bedrooms share a walk in duche and toilet area. 
 
The pool is 7m x 3.5 m with a sun deck
