CampoReal Hosts to Portuguese Ladies Open Golf (part of the European Tour)2010...Luxury house, with large sunny rooms. All bedrooms have Cathedral ceilings. Furnished to the highest standard for owners own use. Well equipped with everything to make you feel at home on holiday. A large variety of beaches and bays within an easy drive. At the back of the house is the 17th green of the Donald Steel designed 18 hole golf course. The equestrian centre, spa, gym, tennis, kids club, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is also a shop with cafe/fresh bakery, plus large communal pools all within walking distance of the house. The beaches at Santa Cruz, Santa Rita, Praia Azul and Foz are a short drive away. Ericeira and Cascais are further away, but still worth a visit.

Bedrooms: Master suite with Kingsize bed, ensuite jacuzzi bath, balcony with views of the Golf course and surrounding vineyards. Bedroom 2 with twin beds views of Golf course. Bedroom 3 double bed with views of Serra do Socorro and Equestrian Centre. Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath, shower over, twin wash basins, bidet, wc. Family bathroom, large bath, shower over, wash basin, bidet, wc. Downstairs cloakroom, wc, wash basin. Private garden and pool. Large Patio table with seating for 6. Bar-B-Q. There is also a communial pool with loungers and changing facilities. We are sorry that this house is not suitable for the elderly or infirm, not suitable for young children (Contact owner for more details). Because of the elevated position of this property, there are a number of access steps, it is unsuitable for anyone with severe walking difficulties.

Refundable breakage deposit of £300 required 2 weeks before your arrival. To be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection). Final payment required 6 weeks before your stay. Travel insurance is always advisable. We ask guests to arrive after 3pm and leave before 11 am on day of departure. All enquiries/questions welcome.
