Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates 10 people comfortably, and opens up to the amazing terrace with its beautiful mature bougainville. Part of the living room can be completely closed off to form a bedroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and sleeping arrangements are flexible
The house is an ideal haven for a holiday with as little or as much sightseeing as you wish. In a priviledged residential area, it has splendid views of the point where the river Tagus meets the Atlantic ocean.
Bougainville house shares the same beautiful grounds with a secluded swimming pool with another house, Belvedere , and we are able to cater for groups of up to 18 people when both houses are rented; please enquire.
These house is an ideal haven for a holiday with as little or as much sightseeing as you wish. In a priviledged residential area, with splendid views of the point where the river Tagus meets the Atlantic ocean; both houses offer secure accommodation with outside space, and can be rented independently or together. They share a beautiful secluded swimming pool.
Above the sea front linking Lisbon and Cascais, the property is easily accessed by road and public transport. The airport is 12km away. Lisbon city centre is 10km, easily reached in 15 minutes by car or by train along the river Tagus.
Fast road access means both Lisbon and Cascais are 15 minutes away.
The small coastal train station of Paco de Arcos is 5 minutes walk, taking you to central Lisbon in one direction, and Cascais in the other.
Public transport is so convenient and reliable that guests can opt for a car free holiday.
BELVEDERE HOUSE - Surface area : 150 m2 - House for 6 - 8 persons
Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates 8 people comfortably, and opens up to the well tended private patio garden with 2 seating areas. The large kitchen is fully equipped.
The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of storage. One bedroom has the added advantage of a direct access to the outside private patio garden. The bunk bedroom is next to the main double bedroom, making it ideal for children.

BOUGAINVILLE HOUSE - Surface area : 180m2 - House for 8 - 10 persons
Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates up to 10 people comfortably, and opens up to the amazing terrace with its beautiful mature bougainville. Part of the living room can be completely closed off to form a bedroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped.
The bedrooms are comfortable and slepping arrangements are flexible (see amenities).
Belvedere can be rented together with Bougainville located above, accommodating groups of up to 18 people in total.

The sandy beaches of Paço de Arcos and Caxias are 15 minutes walking distance. Cascais and Estoril beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by local train and further afield Guincho, praia das Macas, praia da Adraga and many others are an easy car drive.

A futuristic suspended train (SATU) joins Paço de Arcos to a large shopping centre for the serious shopper and a cinema complex with films in English. Access to Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra is easy and quick, making this the ideal base to explore the whole area.

There are six courses within a 16 km (10 mile) range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced players.
