Belvedere House – Surface area : 150 m2 
We are pleased to offer these three houses in this special location by the beach halfway (8km) between Lisbon and Cascais. The houses share the same beautiful grounds, and we are able to offer them to groups of up to 22 people. 
 
These houses are an ideal haven for a holiday with as little or as much sightseeing as you wish. In a privileged residential area, they have splendid views of the point where the river Tagus meets the Atlantic ocean; all houses offer secure accommodation with outside space. There is a private garden next to the house with plenty of space for children to run around having fun or for adults to seat down relaxing, enjoying some nice family time. 
 
Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates 8 people comfortably, and opens up to the well tended private patio garden with 2 seating areas. The large kitchen is fully equipped. 
 
The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of storage. One bedroom has the added advantage of a direct access to the outside private patio garden. The bunk bedroom is next to the main double bedroom, making it ideal for children. 
 
Please note Belvedere is quite close to the road so when the windows are open car noise can be heard. The back of the house where the swimming pool is is very quiet.

Beaches 
The sandy beaches of Paço de Arcos and Caxias are 15 minutes walking distance. Cascais and Estoril beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by local train or car; further afield Guincho, praia das Macas, praia da Adraga and many others are an easy car drive.  
 
Golf Details  
There are six courses within a 16 km (10 mile) range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced players.  
Guests looking for somewhere untouched by tourism will find a haven, equally suitable for romantic and family holidays.

• Travel Info: Above the sea front linking Lisbon and Cascais, the property is easily accessed by road and public transport. The airport is 12km away. Lisbon city centre is 10km, easily reached in 15 minutes by car or by train along the river Tagus. Fast road access means both Lisbon and Cascais are 15 minutes away. The small coastal train station of Paco de Arcos is 5 minutes walk, taking you to central Lisbon in one direction, and Cascais in the other. Public transport is so convenient and reliable that guests can opt for a car free holiday.
